Game on, Macedonian style

Eight Macedonian soccer clubs from across metropolitan Melbourne descend on Taylors Lakes this weekend to battle it out for the 2016 Macedonian Cup.

Starting at 9.30am Saturday, Sydenham Park Soccer Club will host the seventh annual, two-day cup at Keilor Lodge Reserve, with seniors, reserves and women’s teams competing from clubs at Geelong, Altona, Noble Park, Preston, Lalor, Plenty Valley and Keilor.

It’s the first time the Sydenham club has hosted the cup.
