Deer Park made it two from two in Bowls Victoria weekend pennant premier division.

Playing under lights on Friday night, Deer Park proved too strong for Yarraville Footscray, winning all four rinks in the 89 (18)-62 (0) win.

Aaron Teys’ rink was the standout on the day, with a 31-13 win against Winston Brackley’s rink.

Ryan Tainton got his first win of the season, beating Brett Mahoney’s rink 17-14, Nathan Bush’s rink won 21-18 against Nelson Ball and Mark Casey skipped his rink to a 20-17 win against Wayne Roberts.

Deer Park sits second after two rounds, percentage behind Melbourne. Deer Park this week faces the MCC.

Keilor remains without a win in division 2, section 2 after losing to Moonee Ponds on Saturday.

Rajah Nithiananthan’s rink shared the points, but they would be the only point for the day with Moonee Ponds winning 92 (17)-73 (1).
