TAC Cup: Western Jets storm home over Knights

The Western Jets completed a remarkable comeback to defeat the Northern Knights by 14 points in the TAC Cup at the weekend.

After trailing by 22 points at three-quarter-time, the Jets stormed home with seven goals in the last term.

The 16.10 (106) to 13.14 (92) win was the Jets’ fifth in a row, lifting them into third on the ladder.

Jackson Volpato and Connor Menadue each kicked four goals, while Dillon Viojo continued his great form with another best-on-ground effort. The Jets take on Geelong at Avalon Airport Oval this Saturday.
