Sunshine’s business women have a new way of networking, sharing ideas and inspiring each other.
They have created Sunshine Business Women, which held its first get-together on February 25 at West of Kin, drawing in entrepreneurs from fitness clinics, photography studios, office administrators, and more.
Chief organiser Chrissie Davies, a behaviour consultant, plans to hold sessions for local business women every month.
“We have 11 women signed up so far – it’s a great way for women to support each other,” she said. “It’s also really important to support local businesses, which in turn creates more community togetherness and builds more relationships in our amazing area.”
