A woman has died following a hit-run collision in Sunshine.
Police said the woman was getting out of a car when the vehicle took off on High Street about 3.10pm on Monday, November 7.
The woman was dragged for a short distance before colliding with a parked vehicle.
She was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she later died.
Police said the driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene.
A 22-year-old Brookfield woman was later arrested and is assisting police with their inquiries.
