A 20-year old Tarneit man crashed a car on the Western Ring Road in St Albans on Monday, June 9, with two passengers in the vehicle.
Emergency services responded to reports of a blue Hyundai i30 leaving the road, driving down an embankment and crashing into a creek bed about 9pm.
The male driver and two female passengers in their 20s, also from Tarneit, were taken to hospital with one female sustaining serious injuries.
Brimbank Highway Patrol officers are appealing to anyone who has dashcam footage of the crash.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash remains ongoing.
