Thomas and Christopher O’Reilly love being twins.
The year 12 students are one of 17 sets of twins at Caroline Chisholm College.
The Braybrook school marked National Twins Day last Thursday by organising a photo featuring all of the twins.
Thomas, who came up with the idea, said he felt it was important to celebrate everything that was great about being a twin.
“Twins have a special connection and we are not everywhere,” he said.
“We always know when something is wrong with the other. Sometimes we feel the same emotions. For example if we are in the same room and Christopher is feeling embarrassed then I will feel it too.”
Christopher said the brothers were regularly asked if their family had trouble telling them apart.
“Mum never mixes us up,” he said.
The brothers are both studying the same subjects this year and are planning careers in teaching.
