From adversity to new highs

A new Brimbank youth group has ended 2015 on a massive high.

And there are plans for more fundraisers in the new year that will help enrich the lives of disadvantaged youth and increase volunteerism.

The Leo Club of Brimbank, which develops leadership skills in young people, held a Dare to Dream event featuring talented local acrobats at Derrimut’s circus training studio, Airtime Dance Academy, earlier this month.

The community club, established last year by Lions International, will hold a car boot sale early next year and a winter ball.
