Fire crews were called to another fire at the Sunshine College Ardeer campus on Wednesday, July 20.
Fire rescue Victoria said crews were on scene six minutes after the first of multiple calls to triple-0, with the fire itself under control at 9.29pm; 43 minutes after their arrival.
The blaze was under control prior to setting surrounding buildings ablaze and there are no reported injuries.
Firefighters and Victoria Police are expected to have remained on scene overnight and the cause of the fire is being deemed suspicious at this stage.
This is the third time the old college has been alight since late May.
