Police have charged a Maidstone teenager in relation to an assault outside a fast food restaurant in Keilor Park last month.
On Tuesday, police charged the 17-year-old with intentionally causing injury and recklessly causing injury.
The charges relate to an incident on July 9, in which police allege the teenager struck a 49-year-old Keilor Park man in the face.
The teenager is set to face a children’s court at a later date.
