Armed Crime Squad detectives have charged a man following an alleged shooting in Taylors Lakes, last Friday, August 26.
Emergency services last week were called to reports of an injured man on Melton Highway about 7.45pm.
A 30-year-old Taylors Lakes man has been charged with intentionally causing serious injury and firearms offences.
He has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court today (Friday, September 2).
