A 20-year-old Sunshine man has been charged with a number of firearm and drug offences following a raid on a property in Sunshine on Friday.
Police executed a warrant on a Furlong Road property as part of a joint investigation by the Echo Taskforce and the AFP National Anti-Gangs Squad.
Investigators seized guns and drugs as part of the raid and arrested a man at the scene.
He was later charged with trafficking firearms, three counts of a non-prohibited person possessing a firearm, possessing ammunition, and two counts of possessing a drug of dependence.
He was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday.
