Sunshine landfill community session

The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is inviting the community to attend an information session on the Sunshine landfill issue.

The community session will run on Thursday, August 17, from 5-7pm at the Kealba Hall located at 24 McShane Drive, Kealba.

This session will be an opportunity for the community to talk to the EPA about:

– Odour in St Albans, Sunshine North and Kealba

– Barro licence suspension

– Any recent odour experiences from the Kealba landfill.

The EPA has a dedicated hotline for residents to get more information and to report odour. Residents can phone the Contact Centre on 1300 372 842, press 2, then press 4.
