Get your tennis shoes on and get ready to hit some aces as Brimbank council’s Get In2Tennis program ramps up.

The program, which started last week, will run until Australia Day, with free tennis activities planned at eight local tennis clubs.

There will be no charge tennis court hire at nominated clubs, adult and junior come and try days, ANZ Hot Shots, Cardio Tennis and adult social play.

Brimbank mayor Jasmine Nyugen said regardless of your age, ability or fitness level, you can give In2Tennis a go this January.

“The 2022 program is COVID safe and is all about having fun,“ she said.

“Best of all, it’s all at no charge – including tennis court hire and all of the activities throughout the festival.

“All you have to do is register and turn up on the day to discover all there is to love about local tennis.”
