Police have arrested a second man following the 2007 murder of Cindy Crossthwaite in Melton South.
Police arrested a 50-year-old Taylors Lakes about 8.50am on July 25.
He has since been charged with one count of murder and will face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
Ms Crossthwaite’s former husband, Emil Petrov, was arrested last week in relation to the matter and also charged with one count of murder.
The arrests follow the death of 41-year-old Cindy Crossthwaite on June 20, 2007.
In 2017, police announced a $1 million reward for information in relation to Cindy’s death and that reward remains on offer.
