Santa and his elves visit Sunshine

Santa and his three elves will be zooming around the streets of Sunshine next week.

The roller skating elves will be in the Sunshine central business district on Thursday, December 22, as a part of the Sunshine Business Association’s festive celebrations.

People will be able to watch them and join in the fun from 10am to 2pm.

The elves will be giving out candy canes, blow bubbles, and playing games with the kids, as they roam around the whole town centre.

Santa and another Christmas Elf also visited Sunshine on Saturday, Dcember 10 and 17.

Sunshine Business Association president Vu Du said the association wanted to spread Christmas joy.

“We are really looking forward to having customers doing their Christmas gift and food shopping locally and supporting our retailers,” he said.

“We hope everyone has a great holiday season and are also looking forward to upcoming events in the new year.”
