Rave revue for JDC dancers

JDC Performing Arts Studios at Caroline Springs is the toast of the junior dance world after dominating a major dance competition at Darebin Arts and Entertainment Centre earlier this month.

The young company edged out other talent to take home a swag of awards at the first-ever Kids Artistic Revue.

The studio won a ‘Top Rising Stars Studio – Regional Award’ and two of its students were crowned Miss Petite and Miss Junior Dancer, while another received a dance convention scholarship.

The kids’ revues originated in the US where they’re billed as America’s favourite dance competition, and this was the first time the event has been held in Australia.
