Public holiday public transport

With the Australia Day public holiday falling on Monday, January 27 this year, public transport will operate to a Saturday schedule for the day.

Metropolitan train, tram and bus services across Melbourne will all operate to Saturday timetables next Monday, but night network services will not run.

Some suburban bus routes including 407, 414, 415 and 490, will also not run.

Regional rail and bus services will also run to a Saturday timetable, except for V-Line trains to Swan Hill which will run to a Sunday timetable.

Local bus services in Mildura and some inter-town bus services such as Coronet Bay to Grantville and Yarram to Traralgon, will also run on a Sunday timetable.
