A Delahey man is wanted by police after he failed to attend court for traffic matters.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of 34-year-old Damien Wilson, also known as Damien Howard, who is known to frequent the Delahey, Derrimut and Sunshine areas.
He is described as 180cm tall, solid build, with short brown hair and black glasses.
POLICEMAN CHARGED
Meanwhile a police officer has been charged with theft following a collision with another vehicle in Deer Park last year.
The male leading senior constable from the Road Policing Command was off-duty when the crash occurred near the intersection of Ballarat and Station Roads on 1 August.
He has been charged with theft and will appear at Sunshine Magistrate’s Court on October 5.
He is currently suspended with pay.
