Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Damien DeGruchy.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court on a weapons charge.
He is known to frequent the Werribee and Sunshine areas.
Investigators have released an image of DeGruchy in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
