Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man in Deer Park on Sunday night.
The man was stabbed at a Leila Street address about 11.15pm and despite the best effort of emergency services, he died at the scene.
Police have arrested two men in the vicinity of the address who are in custody, assisting investigators with their enquiries.
Police believe the victim knew the person or people who stabbed him.
