A hydroponic set up is believed to have been located by police in a property which was severely damaged by fire on Saturday night in Hillside.
Emergency services were called to the Timele Drive property just before midnight to reports of a house fire.
When fire crews arrived, the back half of the home was on fire. It was put out within 25 minutes.
No one was at home at the time of the fire
Victoria Police were also called to the scene and located what is believed to be a hydroponic set up in the garage of the property.
A police spokesperson said the investigation remains ongoing.
