Police have charged a 35-year-old man after he crashed into a parked car in Taylors Lakes at more than five the legal limit.
Police said the Maribyrnong man was driving erratically, before he crashed into a parked car on Lindsay Court at about 4.15pm on Thursday, March 23.
The car, which was being driven with only three operational wheels also caused damage to the road.
The sole driver was uninjured in the crash.
After returning a positive breath test, the driver underwent an evidentiary breath test and returned a reading of .288.
Police immediately suspended the man’s licence and charged him with conduct endangering persons, with the man set to face the Sunshine Magistrates Court at a later date.
