Police are appealing for public assistance after a pedestrian was struck by a car in Sunshine West on Tuesday night.
The male pedestrian was hit by a black Hyundai hatch travelling along Glengala Road on 21 June just after 8pm.
The 85-year-old Sunshine man was taken to hospital with life-threatening-injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, a 48-year-old Sunshine woman, is currently assisting investigators with their enquiries.
Detectives attended the scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
