Leather will be flying in all directions at Deer Park when a big-hitting, Five-5 cricket competition brings diverse nationalities together for a Brimbank Community Cricket Bash and Family Day, hosted by Deer Park Cricket Club.
The action at John McLeod Oval, Ballarat Road, Deer Park starts at noon this Sunday (January 31) with the 10-over SuperSixes competition contested by teams, each with at least three players from different nationalities. $500 is first prize; entry is free.
