Model trains to arrive in Braybrook

Final preparations are on track for a model train exhibition at Braybrook College sports stadium.

Train enthusiasts are en route from around Australia to exhibit their elaborate train sets at Sunshine Model Railway Club’s latest show, on November 21 and 22.

Club president Joe Saliba says the event is expected to draw big crowds.

“Model trains are amazing,” he says. “If you look at it from an arts perspective, you see all the effort and creativity that goes into some of these layouts.”

The exhibition runs from 9.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday and 9.30am to 4pm on Sunday.
