Police have charged two men following a spate of burglaries across Melbourne this month, including in Keilor.
It is alleged the pair gained entry to a residence in Church Street, Keilor about 12.40pm on May 28.
Officers have been told the pair allegedly stole a number of items, including car keys, cash, jewellery and a coin collection.
The pair attempted to flee the scene but were arrested by police a short time later.
Police will also allege the pair gained access to a luxury car dealership on Swan Street, Richmond about 5.30pm on May 27.
The men allegedly stole sets of car keys and a 1984 model Ferrari, before fleeing the scene.
Police will allege the pair were involved in about 20 other burglaries across Melbourne.
A 36-year-old Port Melbourne man has been charged with offences including aggravated burglary and burglary and was bailed to appear before Sunshine Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
A 26-year-old Seaford man has been charged with 60 offences, including aggravated burglary, theft, theft from a motor vehicle, theft of motor vehicle, obtaining property by deception and, going equipped to steal. He was remanded to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on June 14.
