Police have charged a man after the death of a man in Deer Park on April 15.
A 43-year-old man of no fixed address has been charged with murder.
The charge follows an incident where emergency services were called to reports of a house fire on Station Street about 2.30am on April 15.
The body of a 45-year-old Deer Park man was discovered inside.
Police believe the parties involved were known to each other.
