Police have arrested a man after the discovery of another man’s body, at a house fire, in Deer Park on Monday.
Emergency services were called to reports of a house fire on Station Street about 2.30am on April 15.
The deceased man, who is yet to be formally identified, was located inside the property.
A 43-year-old Deer Park man is currently assisting police with inquiries.
Both the death and the fire have been deemed suspicious and a crime scene has been established.
