Lotto win for Keilor Downs family man

A Keilor Downs man has confessed to waiting by the phone all weekend after discovering he had won division one in TattsLotto on Saturday, January 27.

The Keilor Downs winner held one of eight division one winning entries, with each entry taking home a division one prize of $500,446.24.

When speaking with a Tatts official this morning to confirm the win, the winner revealed why he was eager to hear from them.

“I’ve been expecting your call,” the man said.

“My wife doesn’t believe me. I’m sure when she wakes up and I tell her the news she will be happy – my whole family will.”

When asked how he planned to spend his TattsLotto windfall he revealed it had come at a great time for his family.

“It’s going to be life changing for me. I’ve got a few bills at the moment and a mortgage to pay off so it will be amazing. Thank you so much.”

The regular player, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his 12-game QuickPick entry online.

The six winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3811 on Saturday 27 January 2018 were 4, 7, 11, 32, 40 and 1, while the supplementary numbers were 26 and 29.
