Land sales are booming at Fraser Rise’s newest estate after a busy Christmas period.
Strong interest from buyers across December resulted in 17 lots in the boutique Kerani Heights estate being sold.
Potter George Group’s project manager Scott Payten said there was more interest over the holiday period than they would normally have across a number of their estates.
He said about 110 of the 190 lots had now been snapped up in Kerani Heights.
The estate is a short drive from Watergardens Shopping Centre and Central Shopping Centre, schools and colleges, medical centres, national parks and public transport.
“It’s been really busy,” Mr Payten said.
“The enquiry level has been really high as well as the market has shown strong growth.
“The level of sales and enquiries was a lot more than what we would normally have in the lead up to Christmas.”
Landscaping works on 2.5 hectares of park land is also currently underway.
Work on the $3 million intersection at Beatty’s Road and Melton Highway is expected to get underway next month, which will make connecting to the Melton Highway for those in the Fraser Rise community a lot easier.
