A Keilor Downs woman was issued a good behaviour bond after being arrested at Watergardens Shopping Centre earlier this month.

Police said the 39-year-old woman was arrested by centre security on Sunday, August 7.

Police allege the woman was pushing a pram, which instead of transporting a baby, had 50 pairs of Bonds socks and 28 tubes of Sensodyne toothpaste to the value of $1070, stolen from Big W

Safer Community Taskforce members were at the centre and took the woman into custody.

She is known to police and is a regular seller in Alfrieda Street.
