A fire has destroyed one house and threatened others in Kings Park this morning.
Fire Rescue Victoria was called to a property in Alan Street at 5.20am after receiving multiple triple-0 calls.
When crews arrived the single-storey brick home was fully alight and threatening neighbouring properties.
Four occupants of the home had evacuated safely, prior to brigade arrival, while neighbouring properties were also evacuated as a
precaution.
The fire was brought under control in less than 25 minutes.
Specialist fire investigators will attend the scene to determine the cause of the fire, while crews will remain on the scene for some time to ensure the fire is completely out.
