Greater Western Water (GWW) customers are being encouraged to attend a customer care day in Brimbank to get help with their bill.
GWW said that customers have told it that face-to-face support makes a real difference, prompting the organisation to host more customer care days.
These sessions will give people the opportunity to speak with the GWW team in-person about their bill, payment support, concessions and more.
“Whether you’ve been affected by recent billing issues or just want to better understand your payment options and supports, we’re here to help,” GWW said.
You can speak with the team about your bill, account, payment plans and support options, concessions and more, and translation services will available by phone.
GWW customer experience manager Rohan Charrett said, “Sometimes it’s easier to talk things through in person. Our customer care days are a great opportunity to ask questions, get support and feel more confident about managing your account”.
To guarantee a dedicated time with a consultant, bookings are recommended. Walk-ins are also welcome.
The next sessions scheduled for customers in Brimbank are on Friday, May 30, from 10am-4pm at the Caroline Springs Library and Learning Hub and Saturday, June 14, from 1.3-6.30pm at Sydenham Neighbourhood House.
