Take part in a workshop to learn how to grow your own mushrooms at home at Brimbank Library with expert mycologist, Ema Corro.
The beginners workshop on Saturday, September 24, 11am to 4pm, will help you learn methods that don’t require expensive equipment of scientific knowledge, covering all you need to start cultivating fantastic fungi.
It’s a four hour program covering the entire mushroom grow cycle, highlighting the best techniques for different species of mushrooms.
At the end of the workshop you will take home a mushroom grow bag, and different species to get started.
This is a workshop suitable for adults. It’s free and bookings are essential.
