Headspace Sunshine is running two free parent webinars for locals to build on conversation skills around youth mental health.
Headspace National is an Australian non-profit organisation for youth mental health.
The centre located in Sunshine will be running a “communicating and connecting with your young person” webinar on Monday, October 12 at 7pm.
There will also be an “accessing mental health services” webinar on Thursday, October 21 at 7pm.
