Four people have been arrested in Brimbank this morning after police seized drugs and chemicals while executing search warrants.
Drug Taskforce detectives executed search warrants in Delahey, St Albans, and Abbotsford as part of a six month operation.
A man and a woman, both aged in their 20s, and a man in his 50s were arrested at the Delahey address, while a man in his 20s was arrested in St Albans. All remain in custody and are assisting police with their inquiries.
Investigators have seized a large quantity of what is believed to be heroin and amounts of what is believed to be methamphetamine.
Police said chemicals suspected of being used in connection with manufacturing of drugs have also been located.
Police continue to search the addresses.
