Food lovers will be licking their lips following the announcement four new restaurants are set to open at Watergardens Shopping Centre.
The centre will welcome the new restaurants as part of its revitalisation of Station Street.
The project also includes new shops and children’s playground, which are set to open later this year.
Watergardens centre manager Trish Gardiner said the centre was excited to welcome new global flavours to Station Street.
“Local avid foodies can experience Mexican street food culture in a cheerful friendly environment at Rosa Mexicano, relish American barbecue with meat cooked low ‘n’ slow at Up In Smoke, meet the extended family for a yum cha feast at Dumplings Plus or enjoy popular favourite Schnitz,” Ms Gardiner said.
Up in Smoke owner and head chef Shayne McCallum said he was looking forward to bringing his restaurant to Watergardens.
“We are super excited to bring Up in Smoke to the local area and showcase our variety of delicious smoked meats and wide range of local craft beer,” Mr McCallum said.
“We look forward to bringing families and the wider community together to enjoy themselves at Up in Smoke.”
