Community elders Uncle Graham “Boots”, Aunty Joyce Cooper, Aunty Jeanie Mason, Aunty Pauline Cassady, Jacqueline Watkins and Rachael Maza will share their stories as part of ‘The Blak Voices of Brimbank’.
Social impact filmmaker Lisa Maza’s film takes viewers on a journey with Australia’s First Nations people living in Melbourne’s west.
The film will premiere on July 9, 2-3pm at the Bowery Theatre, 33 Princess Street, St Albans as part of Be Bold Blakout and NAIDOC Week.
