A senior woman has died in hospital after being struck by a taxi in St Albans on Monday morning.
The 89-year-old woman stepped onto Main Road East and was hit about 9.40am, investigators say.
The St Albans woman was taken to Western Hospital but died on Wednesday.
The male driver of the taxi, from Taylors Hill, was uninjured and spoke to police at the scene.
