The Art of Bonsai

This workshop explores the ancient art of bonsai or ‘plant in a pot’, and how it feeds our inner spirit and helps to slow our pace of life. Aussie Backyard Bird Counts in Brimbank

Join Brimbank City Council as we celebrate the Aussie Backyard Bird Count from 17 to 23 October 2021. It’s easy to take part this year! All you need to do is download the ‘Aussie Bird Count’ app on your smartphone to get counting. Counting sessions must be done in 20-minute blocks, and can be done in your own backyard or local park, as many times as you like during the week. You don’t need to be a bird expert, as the app has a built in ‘bird finder’ tool to help you. October 17 at 9am to October 23 at 7pm.
