Kira Gardiner-Filiti failed to appear at the Sunshine Magistrates Court on November 23, 2015, in accordance with her bail to answer charges including theft of motor vehicle, theft and dealing with property suspected of being proceeds of crime.

Two warrants to arrest were issued. Police are seeking information as to the current whereabouts of Gardiner-Filiti. Any information to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Leigh KOVACIC

On May 19, 2016, Leigh Kovacic failed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court where he was due to answer charges including theft from motor vehicle, criminal damage, assaulting an emergency services worker, handling stolen goods and attempting to obtain property by deception.

Four warrants to arrest were issued on this date. On July 25, 2016, Kovacic failed to appear at the same court to answer charges of theft and possession of a drug of dependence. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Police are seeking information about Kovacic’s whereabouts.
