On March 24, 2017, Steven KELLY failed to appear at the Sunshine Magistrates Court to answer charges including driving whilst disqualified and drive whilst exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol. A warrant was issued for the arrest of KELLY. Police are seeking information as to the current whereabouts of KELLY.

On January 10, 2017, Khanh Quoc HUYNH failed to appear on bail at the Sunshine Magistrates Court to answer charges including handling stolen goods and possessing a drug of dependence.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of HUYNH.
