Daniel Willis failed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on August 17, 2016, in accordance with an undertaking of bail.

Four warrants to arrest were issued for the arrest of Willis for offences including theft, obtaining property by deception and driving while disqualified.

At the Sunshine Magistrates Court on August 22, 2016, a further warrant to arrest was issued for the offence of failing to answer bail. Police are seeking information as to the current whereabouts of Willis.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Brett Konidaris at the Sunshine Magistrates Court on May 27, 2014 for the offence of intentionally causing injury. The assault is alleged to have occurred in the Keilor area. Police are seeking information as to the current whereabouts of Konidaris.
