Brimbank should hit 90 per cent double COVID-19 vaccinated rate sometime this week.
The latest federal government data revealed that 89.3 per cent of Brimbank residents aged 15 or older had received both doses as of Monday.
That was up 0.9 per cent on the previous week.
The municipality is one of 13 in the state yet to hit 90 per cent.
Brimbank’s percentage of people who have received at least one dose is still increasing.
As of Monday, 92.5 per cent of Brimbank residents 15 and older had received their first dose.
