Brimbank Mayor Cr Jasmine Nguyen said “council is pleased with the progress of the much-anticipated Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre which is on track to open to the public later this year”.

“This vibrant, welcoming and innovative multi-generational health and wellbeing hub – the centrepiece of which will be a state-of-the-art aquatic and leisure centre – is well advanced.

“Not only will the new aquatic centre be a place where you can improve your health and wellbeing, but is also a place where Brimbank residents and visitors can let down their hair and have a whole lot of fun.”

Consultation with key stakeholders has occurred throughout the project and will continue as part of the final design and construction phase of the project.
