A wonderful collection of bonsai and orchids will be on display this weekend at an exhibition in Sunshine North.
The Vietnamese Bonsai Club Victoria and the Vietnamese community are putting on the exhibition under the theme of ‘Living safely with COVID-19’ to encourage community members to positively re-engage with the community and participate safely in community events.
The exhibition, which will include plants from a number of different Victorian artists, has been designed to allow participants to move slowly through the collection of bonsai and orchids, while social distancing.
The exhibition will run on March 6 and 7 between 10am and 5pm at the Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Centre.
There will also be an outdoor concert on Saturday from 7pm involving a number of local young artists.
Entry is $5.
