Parents, Carers and their little ones enjoyed a crafty afternoon at Keilor Library on Thursday in celebration of NAIDOC week.

Kids were given two different types of Native Australian Animals to cut out and make into 3D figurines, with the first a frilled neck lizard and the second a surprise that children had to guess once completed.

Kids were able to put their own creative flair on the crafts as they were provided an array of coloured pencils and markers along with all-important googly eyes.

Senior Library Services and Programs Officer, Rachel Darcy was on stand by to help with the more tricky aspects of the crafts.
