Two Sunshine women and a man from Delahey are among four people arrested after police executed a search warrant in Sunshine on Tuesday, January 10.
Police said a handgun, an imitation firearm, an amount of heroin, an amount of methamphetamine and cash were seized during the search.
The Sunshine women, aged 33 and 40, were charged with trafficking heroin and other offences and were remanded in custody.
A 44-year-old man from Delahey was interviewed in relation to weapons offences and will be summoned to court at a later date.
A 43-year-old Moonee Ponds man was also interviewed in relation to drug matters and will also receive a summons.
