A 21-year old Delahey motorcyclist faces 21 charges after being intercepted in St Albans on Friday night.
Police allege the rider was driving erratically before he was intercepted by police on Kings Road about 3pm.
A search of the rider and his backpack found a significant amount of drugs, cash and a firearm.
He was issued with 21 charges including traffick methylamphetamine, heroin and ecstasy, unlicensed driving and possess firearm.
He has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
